On a positive note, doctor was well experienced, to the point of precision and detailed. The overal experience is fine, it took long time for the patient given the fact that she was on fasting, that's in general a bit stress on a diabetic patient.
The payment link is bad, felt scary when the page went south after having provided all the card details, certainly improvements and different payment options.
It would be good to have a branch towards South Bangalore as well, Hebbal was too far...

1, Appointment was at 8 am till 9am we were just sitting without any progress
2,The scan time is too long compared to other centres
3,Limited trained staff makes all this
4, Radiologist checks for the authenticity of all reports however no.feedback given for the petct done.

I was told by one the executive on call that if I pay via online payment then I'll be getting a discount of Rs 50 ,but at the clinic I was charged the same amount which was of 500.

Not at all professional ! Took more than 1 hour for job of not even 10 minutes inspite of prior appointment & lot of confusion in providing report too.....Not a good experience at all.....
