If for any reason, LabsAdvisor is not able to provide the promised services, the amount collected from the user, if any, will be refunded. In case of partial services, e.g. only certain tests done out of a list of tests booked, the amount for the tests not done will be refunded. In any case, the maximum liability that LabsAdvisor will have is the amount collected from the user for a booking.Refund will be processed through same online mode within 10 working days.Patient can cancel the booking within 1 hour.
