As a user, you may choose labs in your vicinity based on their quality rating, distance from your house, home collection facility, pricing and many more parameters.
How can I make a booking?
Based on your location and the tests that you want to get done, labsadvisor can provide multiple diagnostic lab options for you. Currently we are making booking only through our phone for users in South Delhi and Dwarka. Soon we will roll out our services across Delhi / NCR and will provide you with the option to book the test through our website or mobile app in addition to our phone service.
You can call us to specify the tests that you need. We will provide you with multiple options to choose from. Once you have decided on a lab, we will confirm your booking. You will receive an SMS and an email with the relevant details.
How do I pay for the test?
You may pay at the lab or to the collection agent.
How do I collect the test report?
The test report may be collected at the diagnostic lab. Labsadvisor or the lab will also send the report to your email id wherever possible.
How does labsadvisor make money?
Initially, we may not make any money. We are trying to get more and more users onto our platform. Our investors are willing to fund us for some time. At a later stage, we will keep a small proportion of the discount which the labs offer to us.
Why are labs offering discounts to us?
We are offering labs another channel to market their offerings. Labs do not need to pay anything upfront. The discount that they offer may be considered as a marketing charge.
In some pockets, there exists an unholy practice of paying the doctors for the tests that are referred by them. We believe that is wrong and unethical of doctors to indulge in such practices. For the tests that are booked through labsadvisor.com, the labs are not required to pay any fee to the doctor. Hence, they are able to offer the discounts to our customers.
