Totally unprofessional. LabsAdvisor booked the appointment and when I reached at the diagnostic centre they said they can't do the test because of service unavailability. When I showed them the confirmation message they said they already informed LabsAdvisor team to inform the customer. I literally travelled around 16 Kms for just this miscommunication stupidity.

The arthi diagnostic is waste one I have ever seen. Pathetic service. Unskilled technicians r there. Morning they asked me to wait 1 hr bcoz no technician for mri scan. I did the but again afternoon called me some scan they forgot to do. Again I want for scan. Such a pathetic service I never seen. Paying more money is fine than getting unskilled technician..
