Very unprofessional attitude by the entire staff. Firstly, even though I had confirmed my booking online and asked them by calling an hour prior to my appointment whether the test will be done on time or not, and they had confirmed on call that the test will be done at 9 A.M. But, after I reached the lab they asked my to take a token and get in the queue, my slot for test was 9-10AM, and I was asked to wait until 10:45 for my test and I had reached the lab at 8:30 just to make sure I wasn't late

What is the use of booking via online if after going to Diagnostic center one has to still stand in offline registration queue and get booking done...waste of time.Also reports are not shared online and need to be physically obtained.

They didn't allow to see the pregnancy altrasound test while in market every diagnostics centre allow ,overall service is good .but please note my concern.
