Not happy at all either with the Prognosis as well as with mfine. Went there for KUB with PVR and they have done just USG KUB, raised the complaint as well to mfine but no response. I have wasted my money. Will never recommend any body to use your services.

We were incorrectly guided on the time it will take for ultrasound Moreover the lab staff yelled when we checked why it will take time when we have reported the center on time that too after checking with cc. This is bad behaviour

Worst lab. They don't know whether the payment was already made online or not. Asking for ppe kit charges for non covid patients also.

It was a planned and prepaid visit. It took more than 45 minutes for the test although the lab technician was free and people who came after us were entertained first. Waiting for such a long time was not acceptable.

Never ever come back here, senseless and useless place don't even understand the meaning of pandemic covid and how to take precautionary measures. How can you give pen paper to visitors in this situation for information gathering purpose. Don't tell me you senitize paper as well. Govt should look at these places where chances of spreading the covid is the highest and should be penalised for this kind of careless approach. Even if you consider this feedback or not I will share it with pmo, cmo.

At the time of registration you need to share with clients there is no number system here.we use fisrt come first service.before gng there I called them to confirm she said ur number 16 now running 3.whn reached there is no number system.we hve to wait 3 hours for the ultrasound.i already mentioned them m not in condition to sit.mujje bola gya apka ultrasound Mai tym lagega so u plzz wait.
