Had taken hrct thorax for dad. The reception team was kind and spoke well. Scanning went on well. Everything was smooth. Had to wait fo 20+ mins to get the film. And report was sent via email. Overall a smooth experience

What appointment??????? I've been calling on the number your cs executive gave, for the last two days to get someone to come home and collect the samples...I get the vaguest response on that number. And certainly i have not made any appointment to come and give the sample at your centre.

Hey,Being a Doctor and Major of Indian Army,I repent choosing your establishment for test.watz the use of taking appointment ,As per Lab advisor v are suppose to be there by 9am,that v did n to our utter shock lady @reception says Lab advisor doesn't know doctor availability at premises and made us to wait,around 11 am asks to take a token?which means v are again wait for one more Hour.and that receptionist lady behaviour is utterly unprofessional and rude.

No proper distance being maintained, sanitisers are not installed inside the lab, only at the entrance it was there and when asked they gave me the sanitiser which should not be the case in a place like this.
