Proper sanitization protocol was observed,, Dr Neha who attended the patient was very nice, polite, helpful, explained the pathology, very thorough and crisp with her knowledge of the subject. Only thing I found that spacing of appointment in such a way that patient should not be waiting so much .. we had an appointment at 3.30 and our turn came at 4.40 pm, I understand that appointment time cannot be so.precise and waiting is always there, myself being a doctor , but still.

I have not yet received the report though it was promised to be sent to me by 8 am today. The Lab is also very irresponsible in giving me answer. They kept me holding the phone for long without answering.

lab advisor informed wrong appointment time. Had to wait 2.5 hrs to get test done. in this covid situation nobody would want to spent more hrs inside diagnostic center which is full of patients.

This Feedback is not for Mahajan but for Mfine. Your sms has wrong information about how the patient needs to go for testing. Mfine said go empty stomach whereas the patient had to have bladder full as per Mahajan Imaging. As a result the whole process took 3 hours. Please dont give wrong directions to the patient on tests. Mfine team needs to be more responsible while generating sms.

I had gone thru Labadvisor and was told to pay Rs. 1660/- after discount. I felt the amount higher and went straight to Mahajan and got the x-ray done and they charged only Rs. 500/-. Is Labadvisor playing around or the person receiving calls is in competent?

It is wonderful place. I am from Uzbekistan, many time I have been MRI centers, but never seen so high quality sevice and respect to patients. Interer of center made such that even baby feels himself as in Tales world. And with free water and coffee we feel ourself as home. High quality diagnostic report gave us fast. A lot of thanks!
