The waiting period is extremely long. There is no point of taking appointment. They make you wait for 2 hours. I had to wait for 2 hours everytime I went there. The billing and registration is completed in half an and then they make you sit for one and a half hour for no reason. The purpose of appointment is not getting fulfilled and the staff at the reception is not at all cooperative.

I booked the PFT and did not get any acknowledgement either my mail or message. I had checked the column for morning test time so on the next day I had to call to confirm and was told the test can only be done in the evening. This total unprofessional.....so no booking was done.... Very bad experience

The team is very unprofessional. Initially, I was given a time slot on which the lab is not functioning, later was responded that team will respond back, which never happened. Also customer care doesn't mostly gets connected. I'd booked a slot myself later and got the test doen not through mfine.

A lot of waiting......inspite of taking prior appointment for the services they were working on first come first serve basis only. There was no restriction on the number of people allowed in the main reception/ waiting area. I think in Covid times atleast the number of people should be restricted and appointment time should be adhered to. Inspite of taking the appointment was made to wait tor 1.5 hours. 10-15 minutes I understand but this was way too long.

Mahajan Imaging centre ,tell us on telephone conversation is that they have 256 slice CT scan machine, but after HRCT THOREX scan , they provide to me a scan on 128 Slice Scan CT Machine & they have provide me a CD of scan, but it doesn't run on my laptop.
