The centre is dirty, most of the staff doesn’t wear masks. They don’t even clean the bed before doing the MRI. Hopeless and dirty. Very disappointed.

Long wait for tests, it took almost 4 hours for 2 simple tests. No sanitizer in Lab for patients, mouses are running here and there, staff was rude and not having complete experience, instead of doctor staff is taking test and taking more time to perform. I have doubt on quality of tests. Will never refer any one to go there..

The behaviour of staff is very careless, no respect for timing, very poor management and delay in report too. The mobile no. Provided by them is waste of time too. Appointment was of 12.30 pm, the no. Was on 4.30 pm... No covid appropriate behaviour...too much rush.

The worst service ever...specially at your kirit nagar ....sonali , sunny are pain to customers just managing time ...only person who really helped was ms savita i dont know how she gets these guys to work Must say Sonali is literally shooing off customers with her rude behaviour...replying to queries make her sulk and in pandemic when a helping hand is expected she says machine has broken down...thrice every visit ?? She is trying to fool peple each time to avoid work...poor service...pathetic

Had to go to Tilak Nagar branch for ultrasound as it was not available in Kirti Nagar branch and staffs attitude and behaviour at Tilak nagar branch was not good and they have no respect for time had to wait 3 hours for the test and also radiologist s behaviour was also very rude. Very disappointed.

They didn't gave me the receipt of amount 2900rs, which was the cost price of our MRI pelvis and they asked for 7000 rs earlier but later when I showed your message of 2900 rs to them then they agreed on that.also being a paralised patient they kept me waiting at the counter for around 15 minutes. Which was not a good gesture towards the customer, rest Everything was fine.
