For echo doctor was not available, I reached my on time 10 am and 2 test done and wait till 11.45 but doctor did not came. So much time taking and waiting for test. Lab technicians are good and humble

Doctor was nice. Ultrasound experience was good! But the problem was the printout document quality was very poor. As the images of our baby was not at all clear.. we can't be able to see anything through those images. 2nd thing they were charging extra amount to change the bedsheet of ultrasound bed. This was not at all good. As we earlier also had ultrasounds at different places but they never charge for sanitization purpose. Rest the place is quite small. Washroom are not well maintained.

Untidy place/Scary look of the place you will find beer bottles all around the stairs, also senseless 1980 excuse when I asked if I may go inside with my wife in the ultrasound room, the attendant said "No" because of Covid. Imagine the sense of the staff along with the doctor that if I have a Covid then my wife should have the same disease but as per the lab team I can't go. If you want to visit this place go along with 4-5 family members. Safety first.

The Radiologist was very good in nature and polite. During test she explained everything and the report was generated within 15 minutes. Measures for covid 19 were also adhered. However, the lab need to put some more staff at reception as when we went there the main lab was close, even after appointment we have to wait for lab to b open. The Radiologist was doing her work on first floor.
