Worst reception. Enter the email address wrongly. Not even said sorry for the wrong entry and delay. After scan, film only given. Assured to give the report after 4 to 5 hours. But not given the report even after 7 hrs. Scan taken at 4 PM. Report not ready even at 11 PM. Night shift persons never bothered. I have to return empty handed. Worst experience. Not even single star worth.
